The lost of civilization is grievous. The disappearance of a nation's language and religion is really heartbreaking.
Recently, I talked this article with a friend who knows the knowledge of ancient Egypt, she said:
This article is amazing orz The silence of a civilization that once glorified to decay *sigh* Actually, I don't want to know the history of ancient Egypt which after the peak, after the Eighteenth Dynasty. The Nineteen Dynasty, especially Ramesses II, who begin consumed the foundation. Later, ancient Egypt was constantly invaded by foreigners, and finally the language and religion were lost.
"Eventually, even it faded away to becoming nothing more than glimmering memories and ruined temples."orz
In 2016 I went to the Karnak, and I had saw a large group of stone columns, half of the relief sculptures at top were off, but it still made me feel very small *sigh*
Moreover, the saddest thing is that the local people that I have touched, they didn't really love the ancient Egypt but want to use the tourism industry to make money…
anyway……this article is so fabulous. +1
