What authors are supposed to do is to write their draft in the sandbox site we have specifically for drafting works. After it's in there, then you post the link to your sandbox draft in these forums. Reviewers offer their takes and then you apply the critique to the draft, then you post onto the main site.
All of that is outlined in the Orientation. This article looks like it's gonna be headed toward deletion, so I'd advise you do that for your next attempt. Three coldposts (posts without getting critique) are deemed enough for spam and the author's membership gets revoked so… yeah.
As for the article: I think it's a neat idea! It reminds me of the Green Pages, something similar in style and tone. But I think this definitely has a place on the site - unfortunately, there's not a lot here, is there? What I would suggest doing is getting either a couple good entries by yourself to start off from, or come into the Discord chat and solicit entries from other people, really fosters collaboration. You can also get crit for your next article in the chat.
