"Oltonia was overrun by famine and disease, and perished a sick man."
-Is this supposed to be part of a metaphor? I thought Oltonia was a kingdom, based on what's earlier in the paragraph. It also looks like you might have been referring to the king of Oltonia.
The king was supposed to be the king of grandia, and oltonia dying a sick man is a reference to the Sick Man Of Europe
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!

Interesting fact: I like this better (on second read) when I read it as directly relating to the Hanged King (including the King in the text), especially given where it's linked in the Treatise.
