Tabview's don't work for me. Could you make a guide?

Could you make a guide to making tabviews, etc. Some new people may not know how to make things such as transcription logs.
Would be appreciated if this guide was also made on the SCP foundation website or tell me if there is an existing one (i think both are not interchangeable?? idk)
I have problems with making tabs for my sandbox page, so would appreciate if you told me.
Also I've been unable to make collapsibles too.
It is impossible to visualize Everything.
