						 <p>The idea of a hive mind/collective consciousness has always sparked some curiosity from me, but in a great number of works the idea seems to be used as a simple overwhelming villain (I.E. The Borg, the ones everyone seems to think of). Conversely, I want to write something that shows these types of collectives in a more warm, pastel-shaded light, but my trouble comes from how to actually convey this thing that I probably don't have the scope of understanding for in a proper voice, while also avoiding making it feel gimmicky.</p>
