This is such a fun piece. A simple story, but I love this scientific revolution of sorts through the eyes of a member of a violent, unforgiving race. Goblins have never been a fantasy race that gets to shine much, and although the approach here isn't new, I really liked how the story develops. +1~

This was quite a nice little story! I like how at the end, it's revealed that Sqr'lk ended up becoming a scholar in the library, framing the story like an autobiography or somfin. I think it'd have been a bit better if the other goblins had a bit more individuality, but it kinda makes sense from the perspective of an outcast from their society.

This was fun to write! Perhaps not quite what most thought off when they read the title but this is the idea I had and I went with it. Might even do something in the future with this character, because I like him.
