As always your pieces exhibit a standard bearers dedication to the art of storytelling, while possessing a teacher's love of creativity and ingenuity. I like this piece, and it gave me companionship as the traveller never had. Lovely stuff.

Oh, I love this. The traveler's thoughtful internal monologue both hooks me on the beauty of this world and makes the twist at the end hit all the harder. I didn't fully understand the ending, but that's no source of criticism from me. Need it be understood to be appreciated?

Salt-battered, granite +1.

Thank you!

guhhhhh I've been trying to figure out how to make it clear. the timeline folding in on itself is not exactly counter to what's going on. i guess ill keep considering it

The Living Fiction is a great prompt and the way you chose to write it also great! You built the sanctity around such a being really well, which made the end much more effective. I feel like the ending is still too confusing, it still feels like it's wrapping in on itself with the Library being mentioned in both parts, which I'm realizing may be intentional but it still confuses me lol. But, everything else is fine and it's a nice take on the lengths people will go for power
