Seconding UC here. Your tone in presenting your work shouldn't preordain our opinions on it. While it's fine to be a bit jokingly self depreciatory, you should try to balance that with a neutral/positive presentation of your self. You are advertising your pieces after all. I think presenting the pieces with their own doodled title hyperlinks would also do wonders for the presentation, plus a slight theme (maybe Magazine or Cafe) to offset the contrast of bright yellow on white.

some contraction errors:

It smiles as if its been expecting you

*it's

it's eyes point from you to the food

*its

I cant say they are any good

*can't

as an author page, i think it's fine. the little animated doodle at the top is cute, and the intro does a good job of setting the tone. my foremost objection is to that tone, though — it feels too self-deprecating. a little modesty is healthy, but this feels like you're setting us up to be underwhelmed by your body of work. you worked hard on these pieces! people like them! set your stuff up for success!

http://wanderers-sandbox-2.wikidot.com/pallidalbumen-s-birdcage

Mainly looking for advice on if this works as is, or if there's anything I can do to more appealing visually. I think currently that I could expand the prose section a little? But i'm not exactly confident in that opinion.
