It reminds me a great deal of whatever it was people did in Inception, only less cat burglar and more janitor. The idea of going into other peoples' dreams and having to deal with their subconscious dictating the terms of reality (remember that dreams aren't usually as logical and straightforward as they were in Inception) is an interesting one, but this is an uninteresting approach.
