I know I have posted the same question a week ago, but returning to it I think the problem why no one answered it is that I posted it in the wrong forum category, so please let me ask this here again:

What procedures should a translated article go through?

Some of you might know the Chinese Wanderer's Library isn't separate from the SCP-CN branch, but only that the CNWL articles are placed under the "wanderers" category of the branch. As I haven't seen any other SCP branches having the same situation as CNWL nor any tags here in this site indicating translated articles, with the last translation from CNWL being ages ago and deleted rather recently, I would like to ask about details concerning how a translated article would be posted here.

My guess is that it would be either

1. similar to how SCP-INT works, that the articles are indicated with OOC tags like "cn"; or
2. an individual book or shelf containing the translated works?

We would probably do the option 1 here, as the books/shelves navigation mechanics are likely to be replaced in the coming months. Once you have a translation done we can work out the process to set a new precedent.

I already have one finished translation on hand (though it's not my work the tranlsator authorised me to help him post), do I post it first and let you guys organise?

I don't think it's actually been explicitly mentioned…So to put it out there for any potential translators that are a little lost on how the Wanderer's Library handles translations:

1. Translate something from another wiki that has a Wanderer's Library in a different language. Consider getting review from us in the forums.
2. Post it on the site following normal rules. If you need help with tags, let a staff member do it. Remember the rating module!
3. Tag it with the language. So far, we only have cn; if you're translating from another language, just contact staff to help get another language tag approved.
4. Mention your sources in the discussion of the translated page. Mention the original author(s), translator(s), reviewer(s), and any image/audio/video sources if needed.
