I agree with Roget, but the issue is that no major revisions can be made until after the contest is over. I do think it would be interesting to see it more fleshed afterwards, however.
As a note for anyone and everyone reading this, make sure you get some sort of feedback in the forums or on the Discord if it's your first time writing for the site, or writing any piece of fiction at all. Even though the forums don't seem very active, I personally check them often as part of my staff duties and try to help in any way I can. At least make sure to honestly assess your piece (Is it engaging for you, even though you know the in's and out's ? Is it long enough to have a plot in its own right, or does it need backup from something else?).
If you want, you can PM me as well for feedback on drafts, but please make sure to check for basic errors first because it helps me review things more efficiently. But I won't reject anything that looks like it had effort put into it. Promise.
