How do themes work different here than at the SCP Foundation?

So, I've seen that the Foundation has many different themes for its canons and hubs (i.e. Third Law, MC&D). Could there be a way to make a specific color theme for a canon in the Library? I've seen and used the Wanderers' Station before, but would it be against the rules to create my own for a hub of my own making?

Since I handle most infrastructure shit like that, I figure that you're fine with making a theme and a theme page for it so long as you have at least one actual page to use it on. So you'll have to make (what i assume it) your Ulak the Drifter hub at the same time as the theme.

I would say that as far as creating an official theme on the site for others to use for some sort of canon/hub, you would need other people to write for said canon/hub first.

Feel free to mess with CSS and wikidot code, but the reason for the Foundation's many canons and the themes for those canons is the fact that others write for those canons as well (and the fact that the canons all have something unique to them).

What is your idea for a Hub in the first place ?
