I feel like there's a lot of clunky language here, and it really makes the verse parts weak. There's also a couple of grammar errors, which I'll try to fix up. No-vote, because there's still some improvement that can easily be done.

I liked it! The words you used were all very nice to read, if that makes any sense. It was a simple, yet enticing story.
