I appreciate that you were going for something kind of vague that didn't spell things out, but I suspect if some weird racist conspiracy theorist were to read this, they would feel like it validated their beliefs, which isn't a great place for a text to be in.
Still, nothing against you as a person or a writer, all the individual elements of this are good, the overall impression I get when they all come together is just pretty unfortunate.
