Obviously, no one has to follow this, but I thought it would be cool to offer somewhat of a structure for the Nihl (keeping every other Last Light entries that included the Nihl in mind teehee). The only thing missing here is the various philosophies of Nihl members, but I figured the Withstanders wouldn't want to publish that stuff for anyone to read, especially after what happened with Loriel. I hope you enjoy!

Good stuff, love the details you put into the most wanted section on appearances! Very cool designs I'd like to see. (And thanks for the mention!!) The idea of a traitor withstander looking like an oil slick is rad too.

I loved the tie-in to Blackrock and the Talk of the Town. Really cool way to not only introduce the Nihl, but you gave a lot of nice hints about the Withstanders from the writing style as well. Very cool double feature.

The one nitpick I have is that the way Pol’ck Ra Sh’n is pointed out as being non-binary comes across awkwardly, given none of the other cultists mentioned have their gender presentation pointed out and also the fact this is a Wanted List.

Aside from that, I enjoyed this a whole lot. I love these sorts of report-style articles, and the way this develops and expands the lore of Last Light is wonderful. Explaining things while leaving an air of mystery.
