I must say, reading this after reading Critical Reception definitely amplifies the punch of the whole saga. I had a feeling things were going this way once CR was read, but this retroactively creates a better twist to the previous article that I feel would be missed reading with CR as the last article.
But that has nothing to do with this article itself so enough of that: I loved this one. It was a fitting end for our author: We see what he thinks of others, what he thinks of himself, and what he thinks of his creations, to then become one of his own. This got somewhat pataphysical in its execution, but I feel that was gonna happen eventually, with the relationship Wrun had with his writing. The execution of the piece was marvelous, really illustrating this last part where he is defeated by his main character, and ultimately condemned to disappear.
An excellent story, and an excellent ending for it. +1~
