Crit request: Desperately Seeking Dialogue

Don't need to read the whole thing, just the first scene if the wall of text is tl;dr

Specifically, I want to know how the dialogue flows in the beginning section, and anything that needs footnotes. I'm adding them for all the non-English words, but anything else please let me know. 😄
