Whew, this was a trip worthy of a narcoctopus!

I want to thank Stygian Blue for helping me materialize this dream of mine: bringing GOIs to the Wanderers' Library one at a time. It was my pleasure to work with them, and I can't express how much I look forward to doing it again!

I also want to thank everyone who contributed by creating a dish or review for this piece. We now have the most numerous, diverse and exotic menu of all Ambrose Restaurant iterations, all thanks to you!

Here's to hoping you'll keep on contributing!

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this. My issue with it is primarily the same one that I have with these kind of Ambrose formats on the SCP Wiki — it's not really fun or enjoyable to read a rote list of foods and dishes. They are creative but they're not creative or out of the box enough to justify the fact that they comprise half the article while not actually revealing anything interesting or engaging to me, personally. The reviews try to alleviate this a little but the fact that they're all standard-fare reviews rather than some kind of weird actual narrative, like in a handful of the SCP ambrose formats, makes it feel like it has the same issue — just kind of aimless. I guess I just didn't feel like this was anything more than the sum of its parts, if that.

Respectfully, I disagree. It's fun to put my order in the comments, and with the review system, it's a nice way for new wanderers like me to be heard.

In all serious, this was a nice read. Though I do with the story aspect was a little more meaty, this was enjoyable. I like the customer reviews, though I think you should maybe cut some of them and only keep the best ones. Three or four would suffice.
Overall: 10/10, would dine again.

I'll take water and a cosmic taco, hold the veggies. What? I can't be the only one who doesn't like lettuce.

Edit: Do you happen to have a location at the library, like how Barnes And Noble has Starbucks?

Yeah, gotta agree with Rounder here; this definitely has the issue most Ambrose pieces have, except much more pronounced cuz the Library is meant to encompass everything so there's even less clear of a theme at play here. I liked the references and links to other works: I feel like going stronger on that path would have helped a lot. As it stands, it's sorta aimless.

Not gonna judge the reviews themselves, as it's nice to have a collaborative page (Although, even then, found them rather lacking in substance past the first couple)

All in all, it's a novote from me.
