+An explanation for those confused

For those that haven’t yet caught on, this is the story of a car crash. More specifically, my experience as a pedestrian, watching the final moments of a mother and her child's speeding car crash into a wall. I don’t think I know the words to adequately describe the sounds bodies make as they splatter through a windshield and against a wall. Nor do I think I could ever properly portray the emotions witnessing such a thing invokes. And even though I was hesitant about writing this story, as I know I could never do the situation the justice it deserves, I ultimately felt like it was better off being told in some form- rather than letting it ceaselessly loom over my thoughts.

Initially, I didn't think much of the story, but then I read your explanation, and really made me think about the story differently. Really good. +1
