Finally, Duke makes his way to Alagadda. It took a long-ass while to get this piece out the door, what with school and other obligations. But it's here now, in all its grotesque glory as promised. Enjoy. Bonus points if you can spot all the references.

This was really fun, the concept of Duke being mistaken for an actual Duke by the incompetent rookie secretary (I love that this is the explanation for the mistake but you don't shove that fact in our face, just that we know the secretary is bad and that Duke is there) was already a banger concept with a great title, and I think you filled those shoes pretty well. I think my favorite description was the Way opening, that just felt magical. Duke's Alagaddan design goes hard too, would love to see that drawn one day. +1!!!

This was a wonderfully tast little adventure, with the crispness and clarity of an old pulp detective story mixed with the fantastical descriptions of a Stygian ffantasy piece. Th eway you weave these elements together is stunningly well done and I have to praise you for it. I love this piece and am so glad to finally read it after all that teasing. Bravo, Spoddette, bravo.
