I quite like this, all of your characters are really charming and you tell a sweet but sad story. I do feel like you really rushed towards the ending though, you summarized a ton of the time Sigrún and Hawk have together, and I feel like you could've delved into all sorts of details about their relationship that would've really elevated the piece. As it stands now, I do feel that tension/charisma between them, which is a huge credit to your skill writing a relationship like this, but I did leave wanting more. However, what's here was very enjoyable and time well spent for me, so +1!
(Also the Whispering Willow is a very cool title for a witch)
