There are a few formatting errors, such as "##|yellow☉##." However, more to the point, there's not much there. I mean, there is, but it's not really coherent. This looks like it's supposed to be an ode to books, a series of ultra-minimalist vignettes, and the introduction to new classification of Library pplz (Travelers).
Last thing first, I'm not wholly sure what the Traveler is supposed to do. At first, I assumed that it was to go out and experience stuff and report it back in the form of tales. However, upon re-reading, I now think that it's a "go out and collect these oral stories from people from around the worlds." If it's the former, I don't think that sending out people to generate and report stories would work with the Library's mission (which, to my understanding, is "to store and catalogue all knowledge," rather than "do that, but also create new knowledge and store and catalogue that, too"). If it's the latter, that's more interesting, but it still feels a bit off, although that's mostly because of my own personal thoughts with regards to how the Library works. Either way, it looks like the section is unfinished, so I can't really give a full critique.
As for the other two things that this is trying to be (an ode to books and minimalist vignettes), it doesn't totally work. The bit about books is interesting, but ultimately goes nowhere and doesn't really impart any greater understanding of books or knowledge or anything. As a series of vignettes, there isn't enough connective tissue to have anything make much sense. Because there's essentially no context for anything, the scenes themselves lack any reason for the reader to care.
I think that the whole songstorycatcher angle is an interesting one, but this needs to be tightened up massively before I would be willing to upvote it.
Also, in terms of formatt-y stuff, you might want to look at the works of Jack Manganese, if you haven't already.
