Hello!

Just read this. Not bad so far, I like the idea of an old medieval battle with supernatural elements that's been covered up in the years following. I think in terms of what you could add, I'd suggest a bit more on:

• What the Golden Horde actually are, I like that they're mysterious, but I think a bit more on what they do and why they so terrified their opponents could be interesting
• A bit more detail on how the battle was covered up in subsequent years, like manuscripts being burned, that sort of thing. Perhaps with some hints that there are still things we don't know for sure about the battle.

That's just my two cents though. Overall, I like the start of this, and I'm interested to see where the story goes!
