This story was primarily written by Gears, and draped loosely around the framework of an idea I'd been trying to write for the Library for quite some time.

Yoric pays me more credit then I may have earned. He came up with the concept, and I jumped on it in the hopes of writing a good, old-school Gothic Horror story. It's his story at heart, I just fleshed it out.
This is just awesome. The style, setting, characterization, plot - all great. Stays fascinating from beginning to end. And I like the touch with the narrator trying to come up with some moral to make this horrible occurrence make sense.
Added a description of The Files of lady Margo DeWolde to The Index, as there wasn't one there already. It's as follows:
Only one item from DeWolde's collection has been located in the Library, though references indicate the existence of more.
Gears/Yoric, feel free to change this description, of course.
