The Serpent's hand is the opposite of the GOC.
They are a group who focus on sentinent SCP objects (think how pandoras box has SCP's working for them) and plains of reality.
They are mainly focused on Intergrating humanity with SCP like objects, nd as such mny things that would be contained are used. (Members with mutations, medical complications from object overuse are uncommon) They are also based mainly on research. They would never try to contain any SCP like being or creature (Unless there is an XK like risk of it existing, at which point I just imagine they banish the thing to another dimension) and they probably have agents just to check up on the things as well.
Being a lighter shade of gray with treatment of objects in the SCP universe (The foundation locks them up regardless of how minor the situation is and the GOC kills them all the chance it gets), I suggest the main flaw should be the fact they have to resort to unethical methods to obtain staff due to constant deaths from objects (Like harvesting people from other dimensions or industrial scale cloning.)
Also, they sould be more likely to make deals and compromises with other groups. Selling useless and non dangerous items to Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. and probably bribing them for research on objects in their catalouge.
All in all they are like the social services of the SCP universe, they have guys that check up on those pesky Reality Warpers once a week and they die like flies. Oh, and that armour is actually made by [EXPUNGED] and that gun fires [EXPUNGED].
Anyway, Serpents hand = lighter and softer, but more fridge horror when you dig deep enough.
