What is the policy regarding art (illustrations, collages, paintings, etc.) to the site? Specifically, I'm wondering about whether or not it it's acceptable to have a work of art be the primary or sole focus of an article, rather than the text. In particular, there's a collage I was considering posting as something that could foreseeably be found in the Library.
My confusion is partially a result of this Q&A:
Q: Have the denizens of the Library (or members of the Hand) created any sort of interesting things a character might see? Can we make up any?
A: Mann: Certainly. The patrons include artists, magicians, and even more esoteric specialists. Feel free to come up with interesting things they might have made. Sculptures, paintings, even magical constructs.
