By the reckoning of the Discordian calendar, this is the ninth day of Chaos, YOLD 3179.

I have just learned while writing this comment that, by sheer coincidence, I have posted this a day after the 133th anniversary of our Emperor's passing, dated the year 3046, on the eighth day of the Season of Chaos.

Just a note: it might be helpful, and indeed, beneficial to the story if Silver is willing to edit it in response to any criticism you may have, to say why you can't upvote it.

I think it's because there wasn't a ratings module on the first draft.

Science Shaman for future reference you can rate something without a rating module by going to the bottom of the page and clicking "rate".
