Need book advice

Summary:

I have written a new draft, but I'm not sure what book it should go in.

Ok, now I've gone and done it. I've written a story in the style of Cherokee origin myths, but from the perspective of A.I.s or digital life forms or something. So the dilema is:

Should it go in "Tales of the Unknown Tribes" because it is in tribal style and I can argue that it's from an alternate universe where digital life is dominant, or should it go in "The Book of Potential" since it's about sentient computer programs or robots, or whatever?

Well, putting aside for now the fact that "Transistor Woman" and "Capacitor Boy" sound like a comic superhero and her sidekick, I would argue that this doesn't quite match the Tales of the Unknown Tribes, but the Book of Potential is specifically for futurism, which this doesn't appear to be. So I would say it fits neither. I would advise putting it in the Song of the Dry Sea or the Ophiuchus Codex.

And it looks alright to me. I don't usually care for the repetitive, simplistic style a lot of early creation myths have, but this I think is quite clever.

Ha ha ha, now that you mention it, they do sound like super-hero names. That wasn't intentional. This kind of naming is common in Native American myths. Of course, names like "Grandmother Spider", "White Eagle Woman", and "Blood Clot Boy" sound a lot less ridiculous in context. I'm going to give some thought to changing the names.

Would probably fit fine in the Codex. Not sure about Dry Sea.

The story itself reads fine to me.
