Wow, there is such a damn backlog of stuff I need to read, it's kind of ridiculous. However, I like this. The imagery is really neat and the competition between lightning and thunder is clever. However, it feels kind of disjointed. The story's broken into two distinct halves for no immediately apparent reason and it just sort of ends, which I don't care for. However, the image of a god of static electricity is enough for an upvote.

Oh, also, feature'd.

It's broken in half because this story was salvaged from lore that I created for a roleplay campaign that never happened. I cobbled it into an interesting story, or at least one that I hope is interesting.
