Twenty Minutes Past Midnight

A grandfather clock stands in a pool of waist-deep water.

Individual ticks ripple the surface of the still pool, distorting the reflection of the stars above.

There isn't much here yet, but the water is rising.

Hello!

I'm 20minutespast (otherwise known as "20" or "Twenty"), the author of all these lovely pieces (depending on your personal definition of 'lovely'). I'm an amateur writer and a first year Creative Writing & English Literature student at university. I use the Wanderer's Library as motivation to write, and a creative outlet to write short, melodramatic pieces.
