The staff of the Wanderers' Library is committed to maintaining a safe, diverse, welcoming, and tolerant community. To that end, below is a link to an anonymous Google form for feedback. This form is for reporting any issues with other users or staff, raising concerns about the community or site, leaving constructive comments for staff, or any other constructive feedback you may have.

Important: the form will ask if you wish to be contacted. If you provide contact information, the form will obviously not be anonymous.

Also, the form will ask if you have evidence to upload, such as screenshots. If you provide this on the form, you must do this from a Google account. If you still wish to remain anonymous, redact personal identifying information from screenshots and use an anonymous or "burner" Google account. Additionally, you may elect to link to an anonymous image hosting website with screenshots, such as Imgur.
